We utilise the e-allocator web based booking system to manage member bookings. Members can login to the booking system by visiting www.e-allocator.com
There are no minimum hour requirements for trips away, members can book the aircraft for weekends away or even weeks at a time for longer trips. The only requirement is that you cancel a booking when you know you will no longer require it. In the event of a booking conflict members are welcome to work together to see if a booking can be rescheduled but ultimately the first booking has priority.
As most of our members are long term members the aircraft is readily available. This is great for newer members who, as the most enthusiastic members of the group, tend to make many bookings soon after joining.
